View Delivery Tickets window

Purpose
Use this window to make sure you're not overbooking deliveries or creating delivery conflicts.
To access this window
Complete one of the following to access this window.
- On the Modules menu, point to Customer, then to Delivery Ticket, and then click View Delivery Tickets.
- Use the keyboard shortcut Alt, M, C, v, V.
- On the Delivery Ticket window, click View Tickets

Item descriptions
Item | Description |

Date Range |
Enter a range of dates to include only delivery tickets scheduled between those dates in the grid. To quickly enter today's date, press T on your keyboard. To quickly back-date or forward-date by one day, use the Hyphen key (-) and Equal key (=) on your keyboard (alternatively, use the Minus Sign and Plus Sign keys on your keyboard number pad). To quickly back-date or forward-date by one month, use the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard. This box supports F6 functionality; the Choose Date window opens. |
Location | Select a location to include only delivery tickets from that location in the grid. All Locations is selected by default. |
Ticket Type | Select a ticket type, or transaction type, to display only delivery tickets of that type in the grid. All Types is selected by default. |
grid columns A right angle bracket (>) identifies the column currently used to sort the grid. This grid may be sorted by any column. |

(check box) |
Click to clear any check boxes for delivery tickets you do not want to print. |
(ticket type) |
Indicates the type of transaction to which the delivery ticket is tied. For example, an I displays in this column for tickets associated with a sales invoice and an O displays here for tickets associated with a loaner. |
Date |
Displays the delivery date and time on the delivery ticket. |
Acct |
Displays the customer account number to which the delivery ticket is associated. |
Name |
Displays the name entered at the time the delivery ticket was created or edited. |
Addr1 |
Displays the first line of the address to which the items will be delivered. |
City |
Displays the city in which the items will be delivered. |
St |
Displays the state abbreviation in which the items will be delivered. |
Zip |
Displays the ZIP or postal code within which the items will be delivered. |

Opens the Select Output Destination window where you can and generate the Delivery Tickets report. |
